Cancellation Policy
Arrive to your appointment with clean dry hair. Check in upon arrival. Late arrivals of 10 min may result in rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time, will be charged 50% of the service.
Same day cancelations will be charged 100%
No shows will be charged 100% and not rebooked
Obviously, life happens and some situations are unavoidable. I will offer consideration if unfortunate circumstances arise.
